Just got home from grad night! I have never rode Indiana, Star Tours so many times! My 4 Special needs students were a blast and so much energy! Too bad there were stupid drunk kids everywhere puking and being taken to Disney jail! So glad my kids did not even notice these losers we just kept getting on rides all night! Sad but they are the reason there won't be any more grad nights at Disney! Thank you CMs who dealt with all this and with a smile!
Everyone needs to start writing and emailing Disney regarding the problems of grad nights at DL. Maybe even a shout out to the local media so this can be addressed. - splashphotoCM

Maybe tell them our concerns at city hall? I don't want Disney to cancel it completely. I do want my kids to enjoy grad nite. I also remember being searched at school and at Disneyland. - mattc 180.8 #1855 10:00AM
I want it like it was in the old days. Dress code, chaperons and after hours. I do want grads to experience it like we did. - splashphotoCM 880.9 #101 10:14AM
Disneyland should keep grad nite like it used to be. I remember there were pretty well known bands that played and we had a dress code...my friend didn't have slacks so he couldn't go. Just seems Disney is trying to make the most money they can and giving the least.... - mattc

Back in my day in the early 70's we came right from graduation ceremonies and were well dressed. Just lots of fun with lots of friends. - sr citizen space ranger

Awww really? Sad, I really hope they don't stop it. I want that for my kids, it was such a fun memory filled night. We had to dress up, at least "business casual" no jeans/sneakers/etc. We took pictures, rode rides, it was soooo fun. - 619HeatherMouse

Unfortunately a few bad apples will spoil it for the whole bunch. - ScooterMike

If they're really going to stop having grad nights, it's not because of bad kids, or they'd have done it any number of years ago. Getting drunk and/ or acting out are not new. I had a cousin get busted on his grad trip for his drug shenanigans at Mt. Mountain in the 70's... - ThatKimberly

I get a rush from being in Disneyland without any drugs, I just don't understand wanting to be that wasted at the happiest place on earth! - lovetheland7

This year was crazy. Kids went with the general public no extra searches. We searched kids at our school and had police there to scare them. But the park was very loose. Next year it's only DCA! - cdub75Disneyteacher
