At Tower of Terror yesterday our Daughter got dehidrated and fainted in line. Right at the elevator. The Cast Members were wonderful and quickly took care of her! Thanks so much to these CMs especially Sara the RN!! Folks, stay hydrated!!! Even if you don't think there is a problem, drink more water!!!!!!
5 to 6 glasses a day when it's not hot is a good rule of thumb. Double that when it's hot. It's not easy, but this is a necessity for an animal made of more then 80% water. Trust me I work out in the sun in the desert, it's easy to miss the signs your not getting enough and then it's to late. So drink up! - Evilstitch

Thanks everybody! She is much better today, but we had to take her back to the hotel after a long recoperation at the First Aid staition. She left in a wheel chair. It was scary. She just had time to say, "I'm feeling lite headed" and went to the floor backwards! Luckily she didn't hit her head because her Mom was watching her and grabbed her hand, slowing the fall. - Stumickey
