How do I get a compliment to go to either a CM or a CM's Supervisor? I'd like to send them this... To: Katie O from Santa Barbara Who was working at Dumbo on 5/22/12 Thank you for making my daughter's birthday one she will never forget! Our day's story started by getting a Happy Birthday button at City Hall. There we were also handed a pass to get to the front of the line at Dumbo. Once we got to Dumbo, Katie O greeted us at the exit, and let us keep that pass for another ride! We rode dumbo for my daughter's first time and my wife and my first time in many years and had a blast! Katie even got on the speaker during the ride to wish Ellie (our two year old daughter) a very happy birthday! Katie then met us at the exit and said, "Come with me, you wanna ride Peter Pan?" Ellie was so excited, the wait for Peter Pan is always so long that we never get to ride it. She walked us right onto the ride, I couldn't believe it! After we "landed", she told us again, "keep that ticket and use it for any other ride in Fantasy Land, but spread the magic too, since it will take up to 6 on a ride grab some new friends and bring them with you." We ended up using that pass another two times on Dumbo, each time bringing new people with us. The third time on Dumbo, Katie hampered to be working the ride and recognized us. As we each sat in the ride she grabbed my camera and took pictures of each of us. After the ride, I thanked her for making our day so memorable and asked her if I could give this ticket to another family and she said yes! "Find a family and spread the magic to them." I hope that this compliment will find it's way onto Katie's record at the park. We are annual pass holders who love to recognize when CMs go above and beyond, and Katie went beyond that. She is a model CM and should be recognized for it! Thank you again for making my daughter's birthday so magical!
