I've been really bad; not paying much attention to what I eat and not exercising for a long time. But I am motivated now! My friend is getting married on July 1st then my sister is also having a wedding a couple weeks after. I don't really care how many pounds I can lose but I would like to look an feel better for the weddings. I'm going to use the my fitness pal app to watch my calories and for exercise I plan to run, do yoga and Nike training club workouts. Wish me luck!
