Does anyone (CMs?) know what is going on with the Disney ticket website? I'm trying to purchase a ticket for a friend, and keep getting an error message at checkout that says, "We're sorry, our system is currently unavailable. Please try again later." It's been unavailable for about four hours now . . . .

Online ticket/passport processing is overloaded right now with all the activity from the weekend. People trying to buy and renew because of the price increase. I just got my confirmation email from passes we ordered online Saturday night. I would give it some time or, if you are in a hurry, just go to the ticket windows at the park. - LaneSparrow316

I'm gonna bet they are getting a ton of angry callers. I hope not, the CM's answering the phones have nothing to do with price increases and I hate it when I see people jump all over a woerker for something they didn't do. Ot it could be tons of people calling to renew their pass to get it at the old price. - madsdad

I finally called and was told they are working on the system and to wait a bit. We're leaving Thursday, and I was hoping to have the ticket for our guest printed and ready to go by then (we have APs but he doesn't). I really don't want to wait and purchase at the ticket window since we get slightly discounted tix through my work. I guess I'll try again tomorrow! - jmgphx
