I apologize if this has already been posted, but I just got off the phone a few hours ago and their systems are about 15 hours behind. I renewed online last night at 7pm and I just got my confirmation email today at 12:30. I was freaking out because when I called they had no record of the transaction - but it did come. Hope that helps anyone who renewed last night and dealt with the overloaded Internet. They must use the same server as disneystore.com (anyone remember the doll fiasco last October?? Haha!)
