Anyone else buy their AP late last night (before midnight) and not receive an email from them yet? All I got so far is a survey for AP holders.
Yep! We scored ours before midnight. WAY before midnight before the crowds got crazy.... Ok, really we got them in January - Zooter

Renewal for current AP holders is different. Current ap holders still have until July 1stto renew at the now old price of $499 (actually $479, due to $20 discount for renewing early) - Slotherini

Ok. Thanks! That's encouraging. I was upset last night that we wouldn't be able to renew and Alex said it would be fine, even with the increase. That is not true. We were there on the 19th to renew my grand daughters pass which expires on June 3rd. We stood in line for an hour. It had to be done before midnight the 19th. @splashphotoCM I also stood in line for an hour on the 19th to purchase a ticket for my niece, for Friday. Since I was at the window I asked about my passes that expire 6/17/12. Ordered ours at about 10:30 pm. We received confirmation # but no e-tix. I called this morning & CM said they are hours behind but if we don't get e-tix for some reason we can just take confirmation # to tix booth and that would be good enough - missyayn

I renewed our passes yesterday at the park before the lines got crazy. I was actually buying a ticket to take my niece next Friday, I wanted to get her ticket before the increase. When I was at the window I asked the lady about my passes which expire 6/17/12. She said if I didn't renew them there yesterday and waited for today 5/20, that I would have to pay the increase. I've been told that I would be able to still pay the same amount that I'm paying now when I renew in June. But the lady told me different. I didn't want to take the chance so I renewed it at the window. - LizOâ„¢

Yes. I panicked and bought 3 premiums also at about 8:30 and haven't received my e-mail. I just called and got a recording that said it is taking about 3 hours for e-mails to be sent, so I just figure I should wait it out through today. Save that confirmation! - Bo22

I renew online on saturday around 11:30pm, up until now have not received any confirmation, luckyly i took a pic of the contract number which i took to the ticket booth yesterday and the finish processing my order, the CM mention that they are so behind processing all the renewals - Pixieliz
