The finance contract begins at time of order. It is a 0% financing contract with an initial downpayment and monthly installments from date of purchase. The AP itself does not activate until first use at a Disney Theme Park. The payment contract and the AP usage terms are two different items. I should have the e-passport in a bit and that is supposed to have a use-by date on it.
