The rider switch pass, or “parent pass”,
is a system that Disneyland uses for their height
restricted attractions so that guests with younger
children enjoy attractions that their child can not, This enables guests to ‘switch’ off without requiring them to wait in the line a second time. - MyPark

They made my husband go through the fast pass line on Star Tours the other night when we were there instead of through the exit like they've done on other visits. I went through the FP line with our 2 sons while he sat with our daughter at the exit. When we got off they had him go stand in the FP line too. I don't know when they changed that or if it's a fluke but thought you might want to know. Other times they let the other adult in the exit. Pirates we stood on the exit dock by the wheelchairs when my son freaked and didn't wnat to go on. Indy they let you in the exit too. It's great when you have little ones that can't ride yet. - Autoalice

Each attraction is different. Check with the CM at the front of the attraction where to return to. - MyPark 943.7 #91 1:31PM
