Hello MW! I had a question that's been bothering me. So for this last DL trip that is coming up, I've been saving my money to get ready for this trip. Luckily I have the most amazing gf who has asked her sister who lives in Anaheim to stay with them. The next thing that is stopping me are tickets. My co-workers told me that I should try to ask my gf's sister to purchase the So Cal discounted tickets. But is it true or not that if DL will check those individuals with the So Cal discounted tickets to make sure that they are So Cal resident? If anybody can help me out with this, it would be greatly appreciated!

Tickets are for SoCal residents only from my understanding... So your gf's sister could use one but you guys would need to purchase regular park hoppers. - cynDOLEwhip

So if my gf's sister and her husband bought these tickets, 2 of them, and give them to us, would it work? I want to be fair and try not to cheat the system. If it works, then I will try to support DL in any ways. But I'm not sure if they do when you purchase or when you enter... I do know that Disney tickets are non-transferable so technically, even if you are using ones they purchased for you and don't get ID'ed that would be frowned upon as cheating the system... - cynDOLEwhip 744.1 #137 6:32PM
