WOW! Just made a double batch of this Matterhorn Macaroon recipe for the SJ MW Meet up tomorrow...dipped in white chocolate and they are as good as I remember from Disneyland. Hope I don't eat them all tonight! ;)

It's cake crumbled up with white Oreos sprinkled in and on top. Then you mold tootsie rolls to look like 💩 and you crumble some cookies with yellow food coloring and sprinkle that in some spots. That's funny...but this is butter, cream cheese, powdered sugar, cool whip and vanilla pudding all mixed together...then layered with crumbled oreos and gummy worms. I'll have to try this! I was on a quest to get the Matterhorn Macaroon recipe and asked the chef at the Blue Ribbon Bakery. Turns out, they use a mix (Westco Mac-Mix), which isn't commercially available. - PrinceCorey
