What to do? My mom went behind my back (after I told her no) and made plans for me to have her, my dad and my brother's family over. I was going out with my own fam for dinner. She didn't want to spend time with my brother's wife and kids (they don't exactly fit in with us) so she dragged us into it. Do I go out to dinner as planned? Or do I stay and waste my time with people I don't like?

Go out with your family as planned. You asked your mom not to do this and she did anyway. I know it's Mother's Day but she pushed things a little too far IMO - BlueberryCrusader
