Did a half Marathon today and it goes to show when you slack, gain weight and not train or exercise on a regular basis, it can put a strain on you mentally and physically! So chub33 friends, keep up the exercise and healthy eating. I regret letting myself fall off the wagon and basically have to start from scratch!
