My Super Moon shot. It was just too bright. Could not get any details. Will have to read up in how to take a better shot.

hey Coaster I was up late reading the owners manual for my nikon D80 and still could not get the moon details due to how bright it was. The more I read the more I realized how much I did not know about my camera.  - Plumiegirl  10135.3 #8 4:05PM
Just a thought. Would a circular polarizing filter help with the extra brightness? - Wizard  81.6 #3912 5:22PM
Here is how you get the detail of the moon. First you need a 400 MM f/2.8 prime lens attached to your camera body. Mount the camera on the Tripod. Set camera to ISO 200, Set shutter speed and aperture according to cameras light Meter. - MrFantasia2000JP  33.6 #5663 5:34PM
