The good old days
The PeopleMover, Presented by Goodyear, opened on July 2, 1967 as part of the New Tomorrowland at Disneyland. In March 1996, Disneyland announced that the slow PeopleMover would be replaced by a new, fast attraction, Rocket Rods, as part of a complete renovation of Tomorrowland. (The Rocket Rods attraction didn’t last long.) I miss this attraction very much. - splashphotoCM

WDW's PeopleMover is nothing like the Disneyland one was. It's on rails instead of pushed by tires, faster and no roof on it. It was fun, but definately not what I had in my mind. - shadowgamer 1960.6 #36 11:52AM
