I think this is so cool. Our homeowners association has a video projector. They are showing Mary Poppins tonight on the side of the handball court at the park by my house. Should be fun for all the neighborhood kids. I don't think I have watched the whole movie since I was a kid.

My neighborhood is full of old craftsman bungalows. My house was built in 1915. The HOA was founded when some were being torn down to build apartment buildings in the eighties. They got the city to make it a historic zone. A couple of years ago my neighborhood was placed on the National Register Of Historic Places. Every year they put on a historic home tour that draws visitors from all over the country. In addition to this they put on events such as tonight's movie in the park. - ScooterMike 1959.8 #35 8:48AM
