Heads up to all my fellow MWers! Soarin at Epcot has reopened after yesterday's seatbelt incident! DCAs is open as well!

Apparently 2 guests in WDW were able to tamper with the seatbelts after the seatbelt checks occurred and were seen standing on the side of the theater while the attraction was cycling! - MonorailLover1959 543.2 #206 9:42AM
