Does your gym have a Master's swim program?  My hubby used to coach adult and child competitive swimming at the gym we both worked at.  It was a great program--part of my job was handling membership, and signed up tons of novice swimmers who did very well.  They even had an "Intro to Masters" program.   - Spoonful_O_Sugar  436.2 #285 9:51PM
