Marathon Mondays! A marathon seems like so much work, but it’s easy if you take it in small steps! You will make a goal for yourself, then you will need to track your jog/walk/elliptical mileage each week (track Tuesday-Monday or Sunday-Saturday, if it's easier), and post the previous week's mileage on Mondays. Posting days will be the 7th, 14th, 21st, and 28th of May. Some of us are currently on cardio training programs, but you can tailor this challenge to your own needs: whatever fitness level you are, just make a marathon-related goal for yourself (examples: walk one marathon; walk/jog 2 marathons; jog a marathon; or walk a marathon and jog a half marathon). Try to choose a goal that will challenge you, but won’t overwhelm you. I think that the easiest and least complicated way to do this will be to first comment with your goal this week, and then each Monday, reply with your previous week’s mileage. (I’ll make an example post so that this makes sense!). Good luck everyone--whether you're getting geared up for DL Half Marathon training or general fitness, this will help get you ready for summer!
*Example*: My goal will be to run/walk two marathons (roughly 55 miles total) this month. - Spoonful_O_Sugar

My goal is to not be a lazy bum! and get my rear into gear lol. I am still trying to get over being sick right now. Was supposed to start today but thinking I need one more day to rest. I hate when I can not tell the difference between sick and being lazy hahaha. My goal is to start my training routine and miss max 2 days this month lol - BooEve123
