Hello friends, I'm back! The husband walked out on us (of course my new healthy lifestyle was said to be a factor) and after that I kind of went into a slump. I'm back and after those 10 pounds I have left and looking for your support again. I'm proud to say 76 are off my body since last June and I hit my own PR in my latest 5k at 35 minutes straight up

Wow your ex-husband is quit the _________ (fill in the blank) How could any man not appreciate their wife for being healthy and being around for a long time? You definately need to lose that negativity. And you know that even though you are single, this is actually a great time for you to be single and see how much MORE fun is out there, with no negativity.
