FANTASMIC AP SHOW UPDATE: I just got off the phone with guest relations and this is what I was told. The emails are being sent out to APs starting with Premier and Premium passes and then on to Deluxe and SoCal. If you have NOT received an email, do not panic! This event is open to ALL passholders (in good standing). You can call 714-781-4567 if you live 2+ hours away to register. Otherwise you need to go to the ticket booth. YOU DO NOT NEED THE EMAIL! Just make sure you RSVP and they will "check off" your AP number. You must check in starting at 12 noon on the day of the event to receive your wrist band. Again, this event is open to ALL APs regardless of if you received the email or not.
There's an update to the update.. DisneylandLive is reporting that originally this event was a random lottery (like the Star Tours preview), but it got out of hand. They opened it up to ALL APs thanks to all the calls about not receiving emails. Not too long ago they have stopped taking reservations over the phone for out of town'ers. So those of you who wish to RAK your extra tickets might be able to still. Sounds like this will fill up pretty quick! - CaliCanuck

Just called and talked to a cm as well... I can back up this information 100%!! I'm a deluxe annual pass holder and they said if I still have yet to receive an email on Friday to call them and they will write me down! As I live 6 hours away they said that they would courtesy me having to go to the ticket booth! So this info is completely correct and sooo can't wait to be there!!! - CourtyAstroBlisters

If ALL memebers in your family are APs then technically they'd each get 3 other passholders to bring.. which really doesn't make sense in the grand scheme of things considering this is open to ALL APs. I saw on another forum it is from 10PM - 1AM on May 14, 15, 21, 22. You must RSVP before May 10th at a ticket booth if you live less than 2 hours away. Not sure why this info just wasn't posted to begin with since they verify the AP's when you RSVP. I never got the email and had to do a google search to get it. I also won't be able to go since it's on school/work nights... - thedesertjewel

We happened to get our email while in the park today and it was super easy... just go to the ticket booth, show ap and id and they ask which day you want. Give you a ticket that looks like a parking pass and it automatically admits you and 3 others. The Fantasmic showing that night will be at 1130 and they said there will be shops, certain attractions and some special foods available too. :) - LoveDland

I am a premium passholder and I did not receive any emails. Sounds like I'm out to lunch now tho.. Too bad. I've attended every event for the last 2 years except the star tours one, which I was also not selected for. Seems Disney doesn't like me or my $499 a year anymore.
