To add to what iPoca. pointed out about spam email... on the email that I received it says to: To Ensure delivery, please add disneydestinations@vacation.disneyland.com to your email address book or safe list. I got my voucher!!! The lady at the window said that not every AP holder got the email it was sent randomly and that usually it is spread by word of mouth
(Facebook & twitter or in our case MW). You do not need the email just your AP and an ID but space is limited. 😄 - Miss-E-Mouse
