Ok i know some info. The twilight tower of terror, was based on the twilight zone show. Almost every area of the entering area has a prop from the show. The dummy is from a episode , where gets thrown into jail, into junk you could say , Disney placed it there for a prop in the picture area cuase there is nonthing in that area ! :) - Disneyfreakem
