I use the Beco Gemini. It has an adjustable base and headrest so I was able to use it when my daughter was 3 months old without any insert. She's 16 months now and I can still carry her in it. The ergo is also popular, but I couldn't get the hang of the infant insert and it didn't fit me as well.
