My girls have been here 4 times in the last 6 months in their vidia and fawn costumes looking for vidia and fawn. City hall and character cm's at pixie hollow say its random who flies in from never land... Can anyone help???
Ask the CM at the entrance to Pixie Hallow. They were able to help us in the past. - NikkiMickey

We keep asking and they all say it's random. There must be a schedule somewhere or how do those girls know when to come to work? - muppetmama

No, there is no schedule. The fairies just fly in when ever they feel like it. Just ask the CM whenever Pixie Hollow is open - BaseballMickey_CM

When we went to pixie hollow, we really only wanted to see tinkerbell. She wasn't there when we got to the front of the cue, but it was close to time for them to switch. The awesome cm let us wait at the front till they did. We actually got to meet five or six fairies as they were switching out, but the only one I knew was tinkerbell. - LittleAprilShowers
