Well I feel sad! I received my package from DisneyStore.com and opened it up only to find that it wasn't what I ordered. I called the 800 number and was on the phone with a representative when my doorbell rang and UPS delivered ANOTHER DisneyStore.com box... well that had my stuff in it! Somehow someone else's order got my address sticker on it and my packing slip inside, and apparently there is no way for them to find the real owner of these adorable items so the rep told me to keep it or donate it! I feel horrible! It's a custom made towel with "Nevaeh" on it, girl's Minnie ears and girls Minnie sunglasses. I keep picturing some cute little girl named Nevaeh waiting for her stuff to arrive and it NEVER shows up! :(

They will call and get their order :) However, if you feel bad keeping the merchandise, perhaps donate it to a child you know who would like it? Or you could do a giveaway on MW? Or, next time you're at the parks, you could give it to a child? :) - Spoonful_O_Sugar

Agreed! The rep said it likely has already been taken care of. And that they will not be charged when they call and say "My stuff never arrived!" I don't know how they can't track an order based off the order number.... the sticker on the inside of the box had it on it but he said he was unable to do anything without a host # too, and that wasn't there. - jalensmommy 150.1 #2291 5:12PM
