So today a little girl lost her minnie ears at our building and she was really sad that i didnt find them in our lost and found. I couldn't bare seeing the little girl so sad so i talked to my lead and i was able to walk the little girl from store to store until we found her ears. she was so happy that her and her family kept thanking me and the little girl gave me a HUGE hug and a look i will never forget! i LOVE my job!
