Hmmm, interesting question! I am thinking a good way to start is to challenge yourself to do something realistic, but kind of scary for whatever reason (examples: run a half marathon, go back to school for a Master's degree, apply for new jobs) : this way, when you're successful after taking the necessary steps to get there, you'll become more confident. Funny enough putting effort into puting on my makeup, and like putting together a nicer outfit. I am pretty simple jeans and tshirt type gal but even if i throw on some earrings and a necklace and maybe if I am feeling crazy style my hair a little.... its really makes me feel great:) also when i push myself that 10 extra secs when working out ... being able to be like.. you did it:) Makes me smile - BooEve123
