We need a trip to DL stat. My daughter just got back from a trip to San Diego with Grandma. They went to Knott's berry farm also and she said she liked it better than DL. Oh lord this possibly cannot be my daughter.
Knott's who?? I don't recognize that name for fun, only For jelly in the supermarket. I agree, better get her to Dland stat! - grumpypapa

I went to Knott's yesterday and ... just...no. It doesn't have the magic in the air that Disneyland does and the staff all appeared to be hot, sweaty and unhappy unlike Disneyland's Cast Members who always seem to be mostly cheerful. - Aquata

Well to be fair, if she loves roller coasters then that's a great place to be but I think Disneyland, even lacking big roller coasters, is still better. There's a ton to see and do! So much variety! It also may be a phase. I was kind of like that for a while (preferred Magic Mountain/thrill rides to Disneyland) and then you get older and Disneyland becomes... nostalgic and precious. I went to Knott's not too long ago (last weekend) and I didn't like it! All of the rides seemed like little versions of rides from other parks. For example, the boomerang seemed like a super short version of De Ja Vu from Six Flags, and their log ride has got nothing on splash mountain! Disneyland wins (: - SSTMClimber
