Depends on your feet. My mom has weak feet so she has to have comfy footwear. I wear my converse comfortably though since my feet can take just about anything. Don't wear leather boots though. Worst mistake my friend made and he ended up getting blisters. - Ain1derland

My daughter insists on wearing her Vans and it drives me crazy because they have no cushion whatsoever and her feet always get sore the fastest. She won't admit that it's because of the Vans! I can't wait til she gets home so I can show her these comments. Thanks, all!! - Bo22 331.1 #469 2:37PM
You people and your weak feet. I have worn my vans before, no problem. - Lelundrial 341.7 #429 2:55PM

For seven days I would pack two or three sneakers and a pair of flip flops. I usually start off with nikes, bc it takes my feet a day to get acclimated. Then I wear Toms or something like that so that all my blisters aren't in the same place. We carry a backpack, so I keep flip-flops in there in case we decide to do splash or grr. - LittleAprilShowers

This question was asked before, and somebody had posted how great the Sanuks were. Hubs has been having problems with his feet since the burns. Well, whoever posted about the Sanuks- a big THANK YOU! Bought him a pair, and they are literally a life saver. Not sure when we will get to use them at DL, but at least he can move about now. - Sugarbuzz

I switch between my Asics and Nike Gel Running shoes. I used to wear NB or Sketcher cross trainers but I have alot of heal pain and Plantar Fasciitis so the running shoes are lighter and have alot more cushion. I also have flat feet so custom orthotics go with them. I would invest in a pair of Gel insoles. Hope that helps. Have a great trip and pace yourselves. - splashphotoCM
