There are really a nice range of choices, that can be romantic and make for a special evening that you can tailor to your budget. If you are on a very tight budget than maybe eat dinner somewhere in the park that means something to both of you (first date spot, good views, etc.) and then just go to one of the nicer restaurants for coffee and dessert or a nice glass of wine. If you do want to splurge a little you can usually do so for around $60-$80/ couple at places like Blue Bayou, Ariel's Grotto, Wine County Trattoria. You can also split meals (usually for a small charge they will split the plate for you and the portions are very generous).
