Hi im interested in working for disney and was wondering if any castmembers could help me out. Growing up i would perform with my school marching band and a cast member would greet the band, take us backstage, lead us into the dressing rooms, and guide us in the parade down main st. I would love to know the exact job title for that description of that job. I was just on the disney career site and couldnt find where this job lies. If any castmember or MWers could give me any info i would grately appreciate it! Thanks!
Guest Talent Programs under the Entertainment division. You'll be responsible for being the representative of the company by accompaning the visiting groups. They are given the opportunity to perform at the Happiest Place on Earth because of Walt desire to ignite people's passion and in turn, they would be able to change the world. That is why Guest Talent Programs is in its existence today. I personally think that is really awesome! That's my jist of it... Perhaps someone has a better description... - BCC

Also, this isn't always a constant job. During slower times when there isn't always guest talent, she works attractions, like we saw her at the Tangled meet and greet on one of our last trips. She loves that it isn't the same job every day! - cynDOLEwhip 744.1 #137 7:27PM
