When we were at DL last month, there were only 2 or 3 fireflies in the bayou area & no "cannonball splashes" in the ship/fort battle area. Does anyone know if these are permanent changes or if it was just a fluke & has been fixed? I missed both of those things . . . .

lol. Yep. We even went rode POTC three times! The first time, we noticed it, and made a point of really looking the other two times. We mentioned the missing fireflies to the CM, who said something about Maintenance and light bulbs. *shrug* - jmgphx 323.0 #526 3:44PM

My bf and I totally noticed this too when we were there at the end of febuary! We found it odd that there was no cannon splashes! But when we rode it later in the weekend there were back! Not sure! - CourtyAstroBlisters 450.1 #276 3:47PM

Well, at least I know it wasn't just us! lol. POTC is still awesome, but I hope they fix the fireflies and splashes before we get there at the end of May. Maybe it's silly, but the bayou and firefly area is my favorite part of the ride. - jmgphx 323.0 #526 3:53PM

They are still there and if you look up in the sky you'll also see shooting stars. - shodge12 277.5 #766 4:31PM
