Okay I need to ask a really stupid question. Do all of the different star tours spaceships/rooms (not really sure what the actual name is) pick a rebel spy? I have been on it once since it has reopened. We were there on opening day and a few other weekends but it was always packed. We finally went on it and we went into the first spaceship thing on the right side. It talked about watching out for the rebel spy but it never showed the picture of who it was. I see people posting that they were the rebel spy and I want to know if all four (I think there are four different spaceship things) show you who the rebel spy is or only a certain one. I tried searching for the answer but it only came up with people posting pictures the rebel spy.
yes all gates (A,B,C and D) have a rebel spy chosen. it's either at random or the cm that organized everyone getting on picks the rebel spy. I have witnessed a guest being picked. she was a single rider and was chatting with the cm and I had said watch she will be the spy and I was correct. so trying to sit in a particular seat or not moving and such doesn't really increase your chances of becoming one. be patient and your time will come :) - SammyJo

Thanks everyone! I'll have to see what happens when I go on it again. I was so jealous because everyone posts pictures of the rebel spy and I didn't see it on my one experience on the new Star Tours so I thought I was missing out on something or that maybe it is only in a certain vehicle. I rode is vehicle C and it seemed that everyone wanted to ride vehicle D when we were being placed into the stand by areas so I thought maybe it was only on vehicle D! Thanks for the clarification =) - kayceeb
