Authentic? Hmm...that's hard to say because you don't see much of the interior of the house in the movie. The builders included a more space like a garage so it's more home owner friendly. When I was a kid I used to audition for independent movies. I did four of them but my mom got scammed by an "agent," and refused to take me to any more auditions.
