I've invited one of my bff's on our next DL visit, but she is very VERY gluten intolerant. Any suggestions on dining in the park? Is it do-able (and affordable)? Thanks!

I think that Guest Relations at the park has a list of gluten free options. Also, each restaurant/ food counter has a book that lists all of the ingredients. - Vegan7LuvsStitch

Go to any sit down restaurant and let the waiter know they have allergy issues. The chef will personally go and ask you questions and personally cook the food too. Disney rocks! - DisneyRose

Thanks, everyone! I'll definitely look at the vegetarian book. And the info about talking to the chefs at the sit-down restaurants is good to know. I haven't had to deal with restrictions while reveling and had no idea they'd do this! :) - jmgphx
