I just was wondering what "Legends, myths, rumors" do you guys know? ex. basketball court in the Matterhorn.. im facinated by this stuff :-)

I have a lot! But one good one to look for next time is in HM during the ball room scene. If you look behind you there is a wheel chair and apparently a woman asked if she could have something of her deceased husband in the HM since it was his favorite ride and decided to put a wheel chair. It's folded up and sits to the side but it's creepy to look back and actually see it! - AshleyLynn22

The wheelchair is actually there in case of an emergency stop. If the ride stops and they need to walk out guests they have wheelchairs in specific areas of the attraction for guests who may need them. - lostgirl7988 541.6 #208 2:24PM

There is a rumour that Walt Disney is frozen underneath either POTC or the Castle. Totally untrue though. He was cremated (sorry if I spelt it wrong) and his ashes are now at the Forest Lawn Cemetery. There's also the Peter Pan one I got. Well basically, the last time you see Hook in the ride (which is when he's being chomped on by Tic Toc), his hook is in the wrong hand. It's supposed to be on his left hand as originally stated in the book. - Ain1derland

I had read on a Haunted Mansion fan site that there supposedly really is a room (not a hotel room) which you can rent for weddings and parties in the Haunted Mansion for a pretty penny. However, I asked a cast member about it and they were perplexed as to what I was talking about. The site said Disneyland...I double checked but I'm wondering if they meant WDW. Anything that gets dropped in there by accident gets stuck in there for the next day. Technically the buckets should all be clean and the inside of the machine clean but the fact they just keep reusing it is just kinda ick. Especially when you open a bucket in the morning and find a paper towel inside. I work in a restaurant and we save our lemonades and some other things for the next day. We label everything so we know that what we are using isn't like 2 weeks old or something like that. I think as long as the machine was cleaned every time and that the frozen lemonade had enough of a turn over rate so it wasn't 3 weeks old or anything crazy like that, then it should of been fine. - kayceeb 111.4 #2890 11:52PM
