Hello everyone, I need help.... Hubby got me an IPad and I am trying to log on to Mouse Wait, Mouse Wait was the first app instaled, but I can't seem to login. I've used my Login name and password, but I am getting invalid. HELP.... Must have Mouse Wait on IPad.

Posts get buried a lot faster than they use to even just 6 months ago. I can only imagine how much the speed has changed over the course of a year. I'm sure you weren't purposely ignored. Did you fix the problem? If not, try getting your password emailed to you. Or by using your UDID to look it up. - Nyghtngale 547.8 #204 11:29PM

I have no clue. I had trouble at first and then reinstalled and then turned it off and then on. And then it worked. It's not perfect, sometimes I have trouble commenting but not too many issues with login. You also have to remember how big MW is now. I can't offer any advice as I don't have an iPad and have never tried to log on with multiple devices. I can say that I didn't see your post tonight and am guessing it got buried pretty quickly. If you're having trouble, you can always try the "support" tab that I believe is in the dashboard or e-mail support@mousewait.com (it could take a day for a response as Admin can get busy).
