Here is the article and images of costume designs for Mad T Party. http://tinyurl.com/8a58au3
I don't see how this really fits in with DCA's new theme of the 1920's. They should have done a pumped-up Roaring 20's/Prohibition/speakeasy theme instead. - Polkadobo

I want flappers and a jazz bar! - MayBie 1864.2 #40 1:34PM
i second maybie's suggestion. - nicoleface 1247.5 #65 1:35PM
That would have been awesome!! - Sweet_Irish_Cream 2512.2 #23 1:35PM
True.. that would have been awesome. Sadly, I don't think they would have done that after the popularity of elecTRONica though. - Jacqueline 546.7 #204 1:40PM
Yes that would have been great. - Minnique 451.8 #272 1:41PM
A permanent indoor place for this would be great :( - MayBie 1864.2 #40 1:46PM
I agree! I love 20's! - Simbaholic 30.4 #4337 1:57PM
They still could have made this a Roaring 20's Mad Model-T party with Alice wearing a flappers dress, etc. This just looks tacky. - Polkadobo 372.1 #369 2:06PM
I agree with Polk. I don't mind how this looks for a "club" type party, but it doesn't go with the atmosphere any more than electronica does. - bluefairy 627.0 #173 3:24PM
I think it would have been better had they used the classic Alice. The animated version. I would have loved that. - lostgirl7988 541.2 #208 3:37PM
Yes! I agree. Someone write a letter and call a meeting. - DisneyFanZoe 1083.8 #77 4:13PM
I agree. This seems like the Johnny dep verison. They should go with the classic. - ...9 14.6 #5730 4:30PM
Thanks for posting this! Now I know to stay as far away from this as possible when it opens. π - iFramedRogerRabbit

* Runs to the turkey cart and trades a churro. Runs back and hands SIC a drippy turkey leg* - HandMeAChurroImmaFaint 1759.7 #43 1:46PM
This makes me feel uncomfortable. - RandyNewman

Imagine how uncomfortable you'd feel in one of those get ups! ππ - Candace 1737.8 #44 1:39PM
I don't even want to think about that. π - RandyNewman 401.0 #330 1:40PM

When I saw this Rave was the first word that came to mind. Lol. - MXPrincess399 482.1 #244 2:01PM
I am not knocking ravers either... Dave has a mighty great pic of me at a rave lol all dressed up BAHAH. but WOW the costumes are very rave/burning esc. It will be very interesting to see what time of music they decide to play and what type of crowd this draws..... not sure if many of you follow that scene but there is actually a event called beyond wonderland, and escape from wonderland they are all themed after Alice and wonderland. *dark themed* but anyways.... I have been to them and just continue to have faith in Disney security that they keep the scene clean and safe:) - BooEve123 800.3 #115 2:05PM
They should have put this at DL where Videopolis used to be and Princess Fantasy Fare is now. Totally does not go with the new DCA feel of old Hollywood that's for sure!! Sometimes I don't understand who makes these decisions!! - caramiapoohAKAface
1437.8 #54 1:54PM
I absolutely agree this should be at the old videopolis, not DCA - supertracy 435.6 #284 3:04PM
Originally, I liked the whole concept, but now I'm not loving these costumes. And I'm curious to see how the tie this into the new theming. But I guess ElecTRONica doesn't really fit the current theming either. - Spoonful_O_Sugar

I was so over Electronica about a year ago. I'm looking forward to seeing this in action - 415beachgirl

I have a strange feeling it is going to bring in a even more "interesting" crowd" look at some of my facebook pics lol....... depends what music they end up playing. - BooEve123 800.3 #115 2:03PM
I like tweedle dee & tweedle dums outfits, but the rest of them scream 12 year olds at hot topic. I have a feeling it's going to draw a rather annoying crowd. Hopefully there won't be too many trouble-makers. (Geez, I sounds so old! Lol) - BettyPoop
232.0 #1211 2:36PM
I only like tweedle dee and tweedle dums outfits. I don't like the direction they went with - Starr
549.9 #201 1:30PM
I like the diamond outfit - MayBie
1864.2 #40 1:33PM
I'm really not happy with the costumes. I'm hoping the music will be better. I remember hearing someone say they'd be playing classic rock tunes and if that's the case I'm really excited. - JenInWonderland
1025.1 #86 1:36PM
The costumes are quite.. uhm, interesting. Hahahaha - Jacqueline 546.7 #204 1:42PM
Is mohawk guy supposed to be the white rabbit? - MayBie
1864.2 #40 1:40PM
I cant tell with the costumes but....Mad Hatter β the host with a hat β¦ and a voice to βTOPβ it all off!
March Hare β pumpinβ up the bass!
Dormouse β rockinβ out on lead guitar!
Caterpillar β jamminβ on the keys!
Cheshire Cat β smiling and keepinβ a beat on the drums!
- JenInWonderland 1025.1 #86 1:43PM
I think they look awesome! I'm really excited for this! - MXPrincess399

I am soo trying out for Tweedledee or Tweedledum. who's with me. Han, USC how about it. - splashphotoCM

Seriously!!!! Scary!!! Poor kids are going to be scared of these costumes! - caramiapoohAKAface 1437.8 #54 2:02PM
I have a feeling there will be more drinking and drugs than before. With these costumes I think they will go back to dropping acid. lol - splashphotoCM 880.9 #100 2:08PM
They kind of resemble kandi kid outfits. Watch, DCA will be selling official "kandi" for making bracelets ξ - Polkadobo 372.1 #369 2:15PM
I kind of really hate this... - missgoofy
