This is the first time waiting for the fam to get off TOT, it sucks not going on but it will be worth it when my baby comes(:
What rides can a prego go on? Lol💗
I have no problem waiting outside while people go on that. It's one more day I'm not going to die. - Tom

The idea is that any ride without a height restriction is okay for the preggo ladies. but personally, I wouldn't ride anything. I speak for myself, of course. - MagicalCaprice

I bumped a post for you on which rides have a warning! - cynDOLEwhip 744.1 #137 8:18PM
I rode everything without a height restriction--no problem. I took my baby on those same rides when he was only a few months old--again, no problems. Do what you are comfortable with. If there was cause for concern, Disneyland would ban preggos from riding anything. - MommaMel

We didnt know we were prego the first time I went: I rode everything. The medical reason for ride restriction is they can raise your blood pressure. Typically none of the rides will hurt your baby, but so much better safe than sorry. If you've been checked and have no complications or bp issues, anything without a height restriction should be fine. If you're in your third trimester, maybe avoid teacups and such. Definitely good call on avoiding tot. - LittleAprilShowers

Not so. Everything with a locked lap bar or belt can cause significant damage in the event of an emergency stop. Luckily in your first trimester your pelvis still protects the baby and the placenta has yet to be well established so moms who ride before they know have that added benefit but after you know, I wouldn't take the risk! - cynDOLEwhip 744.1 #137 8:57PM
Little Mermaid, Monsters, Inc, everything at Bugs Land except bumper cars and the carousel. That's quite a few things at DCA. Monsters is just around the corner from ToT. - grumpypapa

The best thing to do is discuss this with your doctor: every pregnancy is different. I used to work at a gym and we had pregnant employees whose doctors have the okay to jog, teach step aerobics, etc, while others were told to walk, use the elliptical, and lift only very light weights.. I think that the thrill rides with height restrictions are obviously out of the question: others may or may not be okay. - Spoonful_O_Sugar

Exercise during pregnancy is very different than going on thrill rides. In normal circumstances exercise is good for mom and baby, minus contact sports and such. Some women risk preterm labor or have problems with bleeding during pregnancy and are restricted to what, if any, exercise they can participate in. With thrill rides it's a whole different story though... it's not the height restrictions that are the determining factor of if a ride is safe for a pregnant mommy and babe.... Any kind of jolting is absolutely contraindicated during pregnancy, no matter how close to term the mother is. - jalensmommy

The baby is totally worth it, and we had to move away to VA before I had him. Not sure when we will get to go back to DL again, but it will be worth the wait. My son is worth everything! - TickledTink
