I usually don't listen to music as I run but I have a few motivational songs anyway. Two of my favorites happen to be from Disney movies: Life is a Highway from Cars, and Something That I Want from Tangled. The latter's beat matches up with my footfalls so it's very invigorating. If you find a song that matches your stride, use it! - TamiPoppins

I need some new ideas also, lol. I listen to a few mixes by two DJs called Rock-It Scientists--they mix mostly current pop music with a little bit of stuff from other decades. - Spoonful_O_Sugar

I should add that the mixes are ideal for running--everything is up-tempo, each track is a little over an hour long, and each song in each track only lasts about 30 seconds--so you don't get bored, lol. - Spoonful_O_Sugar 436.3 #285 6:28AM
Thanks for the suggestions everyone! I also downloaded that new song by Kelly Clarkson ("What doesn't kill you"). It's an awesome workout song!! - PirateQueenBriezy

Haha! I was rocking out to that one in the car this morning, lol--was thinking I should add it to my playlist. - Spoonful_O_Sugar 436.3 #285 8:38PM
I am a total music snob... So this is hard ti admit... But, my guilty please for workouts are the pussycat dolls, fergie, lady gaga, etc. I'm not proud but that stuff keeps the pep in my step! - LisaMouse7531

Lol me too! I listen to completely different music when I work out. It's funny when my friends see my music and are so confused. - supertracy 435.6 #286 5:16AM
