I know that there are disneyland cats, but is there a disneyland dog on the grounds? When my husband and I arrived on Sunday we saw a dog walking around on the grass just inside the dland entrance (where the mickey head in flowers is). He was without a leash or collar and was white and shaggy, walking ny a tree with no one directly near him. Nobody seemed to mind the dog so we figured this might be normal. My husband then spotted him a day or two later in the trees along the rivers of america. Did we witness a lost dog, or does a dog live there?

Interesting. I have not encountered a dog. - RickChavez  2340.6 #28 12:43AM
I was pretty surprised myself, but no one seemed to care there was a loose dog and I haven't been there enough to know whether or not to be concerned about it so I shrugged it off but it's been bugging me ever since we got back today and i've had a chance to think about it. - Sheilamo  318.2 #548 12:51AM
Mice in the park are controlled by the cats while cats in the park are controlled by the dogs. - afloreZ66  8.6 #7464 5:12AM

Obviously there are dogs for people with disabilities and dogs that work security related jobs. But a random dog walking around? Never seen it. - Timsierramist  300.8 #622 4:30AM
Could it have been a very big cat?!??!? Lol - TrueFromOzLovesDisney  312.4 #565 5:07AM

Where do service dogs go potty? - Katrayher  744.3 #139 9:02AM
In NOS there is a gated area around some grass by the fountain where dogs may visit... You can see the sign on the fence - CheshireFreak  235.9 #1182 11:05AM
Hmm it wasn't near there where we saw him, we were on the train at the time, travelling between the NOS station and the Toontown station. - Sheilamo  318.2 #548 11:12AM
Service dogs go potty wherever. :) LOL We were in Critter Country and a service dog stopped and just started peeing. You could tell he was holding it, and his owner gave him a stern punishment. We felt sorry for the poor little fella. :( - PeachKay  310.8 #572 12:43PM
I have been seeing A LOT of ppl with dogs lately. I guess that's the thing now? These aren't service dogs either. Little poodles in sweaters, wrapped in blankets and hanging out of purses does no one a service. Unless of course they sniff out good deals or bark at pick pockets? Is there anything official on this yet, as far as your dog sighting or these purse dogs I've seen? - 559MickeyLover  268.4 #859 12:58PM
