Alright jump on me if you must but I was just wondering. Are any of the CM in here of family relatives/friends of yours apart of the Disney Design departments? I am not asking for a job but asking for input on my portfolio and reel. I am trying to figure out how I have not had the opportunity to even talk with hire department (other than internships *in which I no longer qualify for*) in regards to job postings. I have applied to a plethora of them and am wondering if anyone has insight to what the Disney design team is looking for to make someone stand out. Grad. with honers and top of class makes me not question my degree qualifications, and my style is disney, I just don't get what they are looking for. So if anyone has any connections just to maybe check out my portfolio.... I would appreciate it. Yep beat me up for asking for help i know. Hugs and thugs my friends:)

Right now I have a job I am very happy with it is fulfilling but it is not the dream. I rather someone tell me hey your designing sucks butt! hmm... I dunno what I do lol. Right now I work in Flash Animation making video games that teach math to a non profit. here I do animation and graphics for the video games. I also do print layout for one sheets/brochures you know. My dream was to work in packaging but never have had opportunities since gradation to work in that. Goal would be to make things such as the TSM midway poster signs. Or help work on the flash games that they have... or make the packaging for the girls/pixie/tween lines. - BooEve123 800.9 #121 11:08AM

I know how u feel Cass.. It's tough to get into Disney jobs (not at the parks themselves) unless you have a contact.. If you're still interested in package design ( not Disney affiliated) I might have some contacts - good luck doll - justcallmeKP
