Not sure how HTC works but if just deleting the app and reinstalling it doesn't work she may need to clear the cache on her phone (after deleting and before reinstalling). For iPhone its in settings under Safari...so she'll have to figure out how to access her Internet settings to clear the history & cookies. Good luck! Oh and can she access from a PC? She should delete MW and then re-install it/download it. I am not familiar with the HTC Inspire but my iPhone was giving me problems until I upgraded the software on Friday. If the Inspire has a software upgrade available, she should also do the upgrade. Those two combined should have her back on MW. Please post and let us know when she is back on. Has she emailed support? Did she have spaces or special characters in her name? If she did, the only way to get logged in is emailing support...otherwise deleting the app and reinstalling should work. Has she tried logging in through the Disneyland app? - JenInWonderland

I have the HTC inspire and have never had that problem. Try restarting the phone. Mine likes to have issues if it hasn't been restarted. I agree with installing the app and installing it. If that doesn't work then ask admin. He is very busy so it may take awhile to get a reply. Are her other apps working fine? - GodOfWine

I have the same phone and same company but I have no trouble at all. I believe all the above comments are probably the top best probability but maybe if you have Advance Task Killer, which closes all apps when you are done using so you have much more memory and space to use other apps, try killing all apps before using this one. I know on this phone is too many apps are on at once it slows another down and saves the phone's battery. - sleepyhead

Just so you know advance task killer actually makes your phone run super slow and doesn't really so the job. I was researching it against juice defender to see which had the best pros and cons found out they both kinda mess up phones. I found this option for a fifteenth home application. Called Go Launcher Ex and it does it all you should check it out. Runs quicker, awesome themes and the Sms application is they best too. - maxinerenton 415.1 #311 8:47AM

Try checking for phone updates since admin is constantly trying/is up to date on all updates maybe updating her phone or the app (if she hasn't) will work. Also try uninstalling and re installing if the above is fine. Hope she gets back up soon! - Jackie211

Go to settings, applications, manage applications, find mousewait, delete data. After doing this, she will have to log back into her account on MW. Hope she gets up and running soon! :-) - lovethatdisney
