I just learned about this wonderful section of this app ;) I've been trying to lose wieght for a while, my biggest problem is food. I started working out (again) today, pressed play on my Trubo Fire workout (upper 20 and HIIT 25) I start Insanity on the 26.

insanity it a great workout, based on his way of doing interval training. interval training always helps me lose quicker, but I always get a cold as my body gets so beat so try to keep your rest up too. A lot of people don't realize it but having a good nights rest really helps with weight loss and stabilization!! Hope you have fun with the new workouts!! - secretagentangel

Insanity is insane! But it gives amazing results. I'm starting it again after I graduate. It is the toughest workout I've ever done. - PirateQueenBriezy

Welcome! I cracked up reading the beginning of your post... "my biggest problem is food...". Amen to that! I'd never have to worry about weight issues if celery and lettuce tasted as good as pizza and mexican food and cookies and Sees Candy butterscotch squares! I think my problem is the same as yours!
