Practice good hygiene people! There is a very nasty virus that is going around and I have contracted both strains! Pretty please wash your hands and cover your mouth when you sneeze! Thank goodness I feel human again today but no one deserves this yuckiness!!

First it was a dry cough and runny nose. Got better than starting on Sunday it was a very runny nose, sore throat and cough! I still don't sound great but I've pumped my body full of drugs so I feel better! - tiggertwin 317.8 #533 9:02AM

We take bleach wipes and hand sanitizer every where. First thing when we get to any hotel is wipe everything down. Don't forget the remote control, light switches, handles, dresser/table tops, and even our phones. Hand sanitizer just attaches to camel packs. ATM's are another germ infested sharing machines. - Sugarbuzz

Now really telling on myself: I bring dish soap to wash the coffee pot and cups. The tub is cleaned too, basically, clean the room before we use it. I wipe the tables and chairs in restaurants. So bad, yet so clean. We never really get sick. - Sugarbuzz 50.5 #3750 10:09AM

We use those Coffe Via by Starbucks for traveling. At HoJo, they have a Kuerig, so we bring our coffee pods. I love coffee. One of the news shows had the hidden camera in a hotel. Another tip: If you are washing your hand often the soap can dry them out and leave cracks in your skin for bacteria to get in. Using lotion after you wash can help to keep your skin from drying and cracking. - tiggertwin
