Have you guys ever been on a ride or on line for one when it broke or stopped working??? Happened to me once on line for space mountain luckily it was only a half hour wait...

My dad and step mom got stuck at the bottom of the stairs at Indy on Tuesday because some lady didn't secure her bag and it flew out in the ride. They had to walk everyone off and turn the lights on so they could walk around the track to find it. They didn't want it getting in the way of a jeep. Actually we rarely not stop Indy for lost itmes unless it is a medical item. Many people want use to stop and get their cell phone, sun glasses, hats, water bottles, etc. If the attraction does go down for another reason we can try to grab the lost item, but not always.

Sometimes you just wish people would listen, if the line is long enough you only hear the video like 5 times that says STORE your items in the bag...

It "goes down" mostly because of the snakes. There are 2000 of them (really) and the are hard to rangle. Fluffy, the biggest snake, is ALWAYS hungery. Also, Indy himself is a SAG member and requires all the appropriate breaks. Then there is the big rolling ball. You can imagine the trouble we have with that. Got stuck on Peter Pan once. I was 6 months pregnant and my boy was kicking my bladder so badly. They walked off everyone up to the boat in front of us. The CM felt bad that we were just one car back from being able to walk us off. Once they got us moving I have never ran so fast pregnant to the nearest bathroom LOL We still can't pass by those mermaids without laughing at that one time! - Autoalice

Got stuck On iASW with 25 other MW'ers for the 2nd Mw birthday party. I have waited 4 times in line for Indy and roger rabbit and it has broke down so I left - princessVanessa

We have the worst luck with the roger rabbit ride. Waited 3 separate times over 1/2 hour and all 3 times broke down when we maybe had 4 people ahead of us. - bubeleh

Oh yeah twice, first time my son was able to go on Indy. That got stuck and we were right there at the boarding. The other time was Alice in Wonderland. We were the next ones to get on, when all of Fantasyland shut down. I think it was over an hour before it was back up again. We had to wait in line all over again. I was kind of ticked, because at the other rides. Those people were getting front of the line passes. - Lelundrial

Just happened last Friday for Space Mtn - we waited about 20 mins - then part of my group was 7 people back for peter pan & it broke down & later that same day, there was a 30 min delay at splash mtn. Only at the happiest place on earth can a day like that still be considered a GREAT day! Lol! - LilMermaid7

Big thunder mountain railroad, we had just gotten a fastpass from someone and just got in the ride when it broke down, I also had to walk of rockin roller coaster in wdw, we were the first people on that day and it broke down when we were on top - nodell111

I've only ever been stuck on Splash Mountain, right at the bottom of the climb for the big drop. I think we were on the ride for about an hour before we were able to walk off. - fletheartsdisney

Toad stopped once when we were at the point he is in hell and it's really hot. finally when it didn't start again they turned on the lights and walked us off. - Stumickey

When I was much younger, my family and I got stuck on Splash Mountain. We had sat for a while then they marched us off. Taking us on a path through part of the ride then through the backlot of Splash Mountain, and back towards the exit. It was really cool! Definitely unforgettable. - Stiglitz3
