You first start by sticking your tongue out. Then gently bite down in your tongue and begin blowing out. While blowing out, begin to bring your tongue back into your mouth. Next part is tricky. When your tongue is almost completely back inside, open your mouth so that your teeth are no longer touching your tongue, while simultaneously making the sound associated with the sound that the vowel a makes (think apple). After that "a" sound, you must make the "n" and "k" sound together. But, the nk together must make the sound like you would say in tink.
