We just make it. We cook the veggies (mushrooms, onions, shallots, potatos) down in bacon grease, then bring whole milk to an almost boil,then toss in clams in the shell, then re-add the bacon. Comes out quite good! - madsdad 1124.2 #73 2:30PM
