In October we are having a big trip to the parks Me (the Disney Nut) my wife (the indoctrinated Disney Nut) my 2 kids (there first trip) my mom my dad (the senior Disney Nut) My sister and brother in law and my in-laws(the ones I’m not too sure about). Looking to be a great week 5 days in the parks and we are staying at the staybridge suites. But now my question the majority of us are driving from Bullhead City AZ (all but the in-laws) I think I have them convinced to fly from Boise ID but now my question is where to fly in to I was thinking John Wayne? But thought I would ask here first. Plus any other info or help would be great.
Long Beach is also close and an easy drive. So much better than fighting the LA traffic. - PrincessKristin

I know absolutely nothing about air travel but have stayed at Staybridges before and loved it. It is so super easy to get to the Toy Story lot if you are driving to the parks. - Nettenutt

We usually fly into John Wayne and it is about a 30 minute drive to the resort area depending on traffic. - jessesgirl

If they're getting a car anyway - Burbank. More options, and easy freeway access. It's 45 minutes, but likely cheaper than JW. - ThatKimberly

Burbank is way to far, and traffic wise longer than LAX. - MontanaMouse 300.0 #612 2:53PM
Sometimes Ontario is ALOT cheaper. Drive isn't as bad as from LAX. and really LAX is not too bad of you don't fly in during rush hour. We live by John Wayne (kinda) and fly alot out of LAX and Ontario. Long beach is nice, but not too many flights and you still get stuck in rush hour going to Disneyland! - Minnis2Society

John Wayne is closer and better. LAX is no bueno. But look at Ontario if your looking to save $$$. - splashphotoCM

Lax isn't always no bueno! To save $20 a tix , yes no bueno. But I have saved over $200 on each ticket from LAX, then it's worth traffic when you are traveling with multiple people. Sometimes east coast and intl is MUCH cheaper at LAX. If your going to save over $200 I would choose LAX, if not John Wayne or Ontario? - Minnis2Society 360.0 #388 1:30PM
If you look at jet blue they are nice and cheap and fly into long beach. Long beach has all the stuff you need, (car servic, Shuttle,...) - mexman

We usually fly put of Ontario, I love that airport. They could be cheaper too but I'm not sure on pricing right now. I must say, I hate LAX! We went to Hawaii years ago and saw some nice, small airports. Then we fly into LAX and walk down a pee scented terminal, nice huh? - kss4tink
